Abstract:
The research project "Integration as an Essential Component for Soldier Identity" provides with this publication a corresponding contribution to the further scientific scientific treatment of this complex of topics for the Austrian Armed Forces.
Quite crucial in this context is above all the practical fields from the entire spectrum of this field of research. The topics of this workshop, which will be dealt with in the form of lectures on the one hand and workshops on the other hand tried to approach the topic in a broad way, which succeeded in conveying interculturality as an independent branch of science.
