Lebenslauf
Adjunct member of the faculty of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and of the Centre for European and Russian Studies at Carleton University (Canada), a member of the Partnership for Peace Working Group on Security Sector Reform and an external fellow of the Queen’s Centre for International Relations. His involvement in security sector training and education activities includes participation in such activities while a member of NATO’s International Staff until 1994, and subsequently the direction of the Democratic Civil-Military Relations Programme sponsored by the Canadian Ministry of National Defense.
