MA and PhD political science from the Pennsylvania State University.
During his professional career he gained international experience in establishing, administering and concluding national distance learning programs in Asia, Africa , Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.
He held, amongst others, positions as a Research Coordinator of the Office of University Development and as an Assistant Director of the Department of Distance Education.
He is currently Associate Director for Academic Affairs at the World Campus and a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Penn State University.
