Gayane Novikova holds a diploma in Oriental Studies and a PhD in International Relations.
She attended the Executive and the Senior Executive Programme at the GC Marshall Center in Germany.
Her professional career includes assignments as Researcher and Senior Researcher at the Faculty of Oriental Studies (Yerevan), and as Analyst at the Armenian Centre for National and International Studies. She currently holds the position of the Head of the Center for Strategic Analysis.
