Ms. Joseph joined the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre in 2000 and helped to support the negotiations of the OSCE Document on Small Arms and Light Weapons, adopted by the Forum for Security Cooperation on November 2000.
She has previously worked with the non-governmental organization British American Security Information Council.
