After one year as a visiting fellow at the International Peace Academy in New York, Alexandra Novosseloff is currently NATO desk officer at the Directorate for Strategic Affairs of the French Ministry of Defense.
She was previously the UN and OSCE desk officer in this same department. She is a doctor in political science (from the University Paris 2) and specialized in the field of international organizations, peacekeeping, the relationships between the United Nations and regional organizations.
Alexandra Novosseloff has just published at Bruylant (Brussels), a book on "The UN Security Council and the use of force.” She is also the author of numerous articles on issues related to the United Nations.
