Tactics Subdepartment
The Tactics Subdepartment is responsible for the training of officers on all levels of command. To this end, basic military research is carried out in the areas of battle scenarios, organisation of forces, and their capabilities, which primarily depend on the characteristics of their weapons, as well as fundamentals of command and control. The interdisciplinary approach and international co-operation helps us to put our work into the proper perspective.Our teaching is co-ordinated with other academies, branch schools, and the planning staff of the General Staff. It is also distributed through concepts and manuals, which are used to train combined arms operations. Participation in and organisation of international map exercises with up-to-date weapons and C4 systems is designed to improve international co-operation.
Through our research in all aspects of military sciences and the analyses of crises response missions, the armed forces are prepared for their extended tasks.
